Portraits
.
Portraits have been part of my work for many years.
Some are drawn in graphite, observing light, structure
and expression with quiet precision.
Others are explored through painting or translate
into a more graphic visual language.
Each portrait carries its own atmosphere.
.
Rather than reproducing a face exactly,
my interest lies in capturing
the presence of a person — the subtle quality
that appears when someone is truly seen.
Portraits are created from photographs provided by the client.
Commissions are accepted in a limited number.

Some portraits move beyond likeness
.Alongside classical portrait work, I also create Field Portraits — works that emerge through presence, perception and inner imagery rather than solely photographic reference.
